1: How the product pricing and how to consult prices?

We pricing the products according to the customers' choice on materials,printing,and other process flow and so on. And you can inquiry by TM,skype or send e-mail to us.

2: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

-material and surface handling (We could advise if you’re not sure)

-printing colors (could quote 4C if you’re not sure)

-quantity

-FOB price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.

-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

3: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

-The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.

-Bleed size: 3-5mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

4: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

Sample leadtime: usually need 5-7days. Mass production leadtime usually need 20-30 days

If you are the urgent order,we can delivery about 10 days.

5:If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?

Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of

products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

Zhejiang Matsuoka Printing Co., ltd. was established in September of 1992. Our primary factory is located in Pinghu City, Zhejiang, China. The construction area is 600,000 sq. feet and we have about over 350 skilled workers and 80 technicians and sales and service team members. The turnover is about 60 million US dollar per year and keeps growing each year.

As a Sino-Japanese joint venture, we have the most advanced machinery and excellent management. Most of our machines are imported from Germany, Japanese and Italy. We are highly automated to ensure the most efficient production processes possible. We have different printing system, including offset printing machine, flexo printing machine, rotary printing machine and variable digital printer. We do OEM for many importer and retailer from Norther American and Europe. The OEM business include Children book printing, Children's board book printing, coloring book printing, kids sticker printing, Children's learning Flash cards and print Jigsaw puzzle for children, etc.

We set the sales and service offices in Shanghai and Beijing. Currently we have 16 employees in Shanghai office including 3 designers and most of them are skilled. 10 of them have worked at Matsuoka for about 15 years.
